Yard Waste Disposal

Midwest Compost, LLC is an IEPA permitted disposal facility for yard waste disposal and clean wood waste materials. Whether you’re a homeowner with a couple of bags or a landscaper with a full dump truck, our doors are open to you. We accept the following materials for disposal:

Midwest Compost, LLC is also an approved marshalling facility for Emerald Ash Borer contaminated wood in full compliance of the Illinois Department of Agriculture’s Insect Pest & Disease Act.

All loads are subject to visual inspection and may be refused for any reason. Midwest Compost, LLC does not accept concrete, metal, plastic, railroad ties, landscape timbers, brick pavers, stones, rocks, asphalt chunks, pop cans, lunch wrappers or any other non-organic materials. Loads containing any of the items listed above will be subjected to a contamination fee.
